I have a new 8-week old puppy whose first vet visit was today. I was nervous that he’d be scared, but Dr. Schlines was hands down the nicest, gentlest, and most comforting veterinarian I’ve ever taken one of my pets to. I’ve had both cats and dogs and they’ve always disliked going to the vet when I’ve taken them other places. (This includes 2 cats currently who see a different vet for the time being but who I’ll be switching to Wellhaven very soon since I liked them so much!) During our visit today, not only was my puppy made to feel safe, he actually seemed to thoroughly enjoy the experience and he liked everyone he met. It didn’t hurt that he got treats I’m sure! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place to everyone else.

Dr. Baumgartner saw our dog for an injury and was incredibly thorough and kind with the care she gave. The staff was attentive and the facilities were very nice. My dog also loves playing at the day care!

Their Pet Camp rules! My 72lb Aussie/GSD mix needed a canine influenza shot prior to hanging out at pet camp and WellHaven’s fear-free techniques had the shot administered in a matter of minutes! At other vet facilities, they have had to forgo drawing blood or administering shots because he is so squirmy. Thank you WellHaven for making his most recent vaccination easy and stress-free for both of us!
The staff here is absolutely hands down the best!!
