Meet Our Principal Doctor
Troy Schlines, DVM
Dr. Schlines graduated from Iowa State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1994. He practiced in Iowa and Minnesota as a small animal veterinary for 7 years before moving to Seattle in December of 2000.
While in Seattle, Dr. Schlines ran multiple clinics and oversaw a large number of veterinarians for over a decade supporting them in their medical and surgical development.
Joining WellHaven Pet Health in August 2018, Dr. Schlines has been helping to support veterinary hospitals and teams in both Seattle and the Vancouver area. As Principal Doctor in the Mill Plain WellHaven location, it is his job to ensure that the hospital delivers quality medicine as well as great customer service.
Dr. Schlines has two cats, a Black Lab, a Green Cheek Conure, and saltwater fish. He enjoys all the outdoor beauty the Pacific Northwest has to offer and loves to kayak in local waters as well as the San Juan Islands.
